Fall brings sweatshirt weather, the changing of the leaves and pumpkin pie season! Door County is famous all over the globe for the beauty of the changing of the leaves. If you are looking for an update on when the fall colors will peak , take a look at the Fall Color Report available through Travel Wisconsin.

Are you looking to purchase pumpkins for cooking or decorating this fall? Here are a few Door County Pumpkin Patches for you.

Hyline Orchard
8240 Hwy 42, Fish Creek

Apples, cider, jams, jellies, maple syrup, popcorn, pumpkins, some crafts. Pick-your-own apples. Tart cherries: frozen pitted, wholesale and retail, cider, jam and jelly, canned, dried. Pick your own in season.

Malvitz Bay Farms
8678 County Road C, Sturgeon Bay

From succulent strawberries to mouth-watering sweet corn, the Malvitz Family proudly carries on the tradition of caring for and harvesting the produce on the farm. We look forward to sharing the bounty of our harvest with you!

We have beautiful ready picked pumpkins and sweet crispy apples available at the farm. Along with the pumpkins we have interesting specialty pumpkins and squash to add to your decorating needs. Gourds, corn stalks, straw bales and other decorations are plentiful. Cortland apples for baking and Honeycrisp for fresh eating are bagged and ready to go.

Wood Orchard Market
3908 Peterson Road, Sturgeon Bay

We have our straw maze right in front of the market – you can’t miss it. Lots of fun for small kids and their dads. Our straw tricycle path attracts lots of kids too. Pumpkins fill our yard, gourds and ornamental corn arranged by Janice inside and apples galore – McIntosh, Cortland, Gala, and of course Honeycrisp. Our fresh pressed pasteurized apple cider is really a hit in the fall!
